SH-500 / SH-30 OPERATION PROCEDURE

1. Make specimens by Plastic Molds.

   

2. Prepare load cell for each size specimen.
   ※500kN (50ton) and 30kN (3ton) load cell for column ground improvement test are available.

   

3. Proceed the test in Peak Hold Mode.

   

4. Set the specimen at the center of Tester and cover the shatter proof cover
   Close the Valve of manual pump

   

5. Move up and down the handle of manual pump and load specimens.
   Compressive strength will be indicated in digital as well as broken by pressure of specimen.

   

6. Reduce the pressure to open the valve of manual pump.
